Hello lovely Write Wild Community, We are slowly growing to become the strong supportive community I know we will be soon enough. For the time being, it's nice to have this small group for a short time, makes it a little more cosy, and we can get to know each other and learn about why we're here and what we expect, what we hope and how we can contribute value. This community is all about writers supporting writers, spending time together and learning from each other. A little bit about me: I am currently writing a psychological crime novel. I'm at the editing stage and am hoping it will be ready to query within a few weeks. I also write short stories and flash fiction. Some of my time is devoted to manuscript assessment and critiquing other works which I love doing and learn so much from. Before Covid I ran a variety of face-to-face workshops and writing groups from beginners to advanced and the odd anthology group. Now, most of my workshops and groups are online and if I'm honest, I love that because I am able to. I've replaced my face-to-face groups with retreats engage with all of you and this is so exciting. But getting together in the physical world is still important. That's why I've started Write Wild Retreats. The first two retreats are in the most amazing place. Check out the retreats page and you can find out about them there. The retreats and wholly focused on writing and the experience of writing wild. The itinerary is structured in to give you the most benefit in the shortest time with time left over for your own writing. There will be feedback from me and the group and a chance to make strong bonds with other writers. It's going to be a fantastic experience and if you can make it we are going to have an amazing time together,. Don't worry if you can't make the February or March retreat, there will be others. Look out for member freebies and workshops and other goodies that will be coming along. In the meantime, introduce yourself and use this forum. It's your community and will evolve into whatever you want it to be. I'm looking forward to being in your company. Happy writing Sarah xx
